    BizMiner is an analytical database that provides industry financial reports for over 30,000 banking professionals; hundreds of accounting, valuation, CRE and consulting firms; and universities.  The database provides industry financial ratios, balance sheet data, and detailed profit and loss statements, and industry market statistics.

    Participants will learn key elements of comparing their current financial data or their proposed start-up business financial projections with industry standard financial data of firms within similar industries.

    FSMA Produce Safety Alliance Training and GAP Certification Training, St Peters

    Description:

    The Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Produce Safety Alliance (PSA) training is a standardized national training curriculum in produce food safety, approved by the Food and Drug Administration to meet the training requirement for farms subject to the FSMA Produce Safety Rule. The 8 hour training curriculum includes modules on FSMA, worker health and hygiene, soil amendments of biological origin, domestic animal and wildlife issues, production and postharvest use of water, postharvest handling and sanitation, and food safety plans/traceability. Training will include: * Education and information on the FSMA Produce Safety Rule * FSMA PSA Manual and AFDO Certificate * Assistance with the development of your On-Farm Food Safety Plan * Information regarding GAP audit process, who to contact and audit cost Day 1—FSMA Produce Safety Alliance Training with AFDO Certification Day 2—On-Farm Food Safety Plan Development and GAP Audit Preparedness (Day 2 attendees can bring a laptop to work on your On-Farm Food Safety Plan.) You can attend Day 1 only. However, you must attend the Day 1 training or already have attended a FSMA Produce Safety Alliance Training, to attend Day 2.
