Helps divorced and separated parents learn how to support their children through the divorce process and how to work together in co-parenting their children.  Focus on Kids satisfies the Missouri law that requires parents who are divorcing or filing a motion to modify the original divorce decree, or who have never been married but have filed a child custody case, to attend an educational parenting program.

Diabetes Self-management program (Session 5 of 6)

Description:

Stay Strong Stay Healthy, Level 1, is an eight-week, evidence-based strength training program for middle age and older adults who desire to improve balance, strength, and flexibility. This class helps adults stay active and improve their quality of life. The exercises are easy to learn, safe and effective.

Session topic:

Participants will complete warm-up sessions, a series of 8-10 strengthening exercises and then cool-down stretches.
