Learning for Better Living: Your Time and Your Life

Brenda J. Procter
Department of Consumer and Family Economics

We all have the same amount of time. As family schedules get busier, it is important to learn to use our time wisely.

You can learn to budget your time

Try to keep interruptions to a minimum

Learn to say "no." If someone asks you to do something, don't be afraid to say "no." Or offer to do it at a time most convenient for you.

Note
Time and money are valuable. We can learn to budget our time as well as our money
